What Guarantee/Warranty do you offer?


We are happy to offer a 10-year guarantee on our windows and doors.


We also offer an insurance-backed guarantee on all windows and doors covering the cost of partial or full repair, which includes rebuilding or rectification in the event that we cease trading. This policy is administered by Home Improvement Protection and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.


Is the site survey or estimate free of charge?


Yes, this is completely free of charge with no obligation to continue. Please call or email to arrange an appointment with one of our surveyors.


Can you provide an estimate if I supply you with photographs of the windows?

  

Yes, to provide you with the best possible quote based solely on photographs the following information is required: 

 

- Number of windows

- Measurements in MM

- Whether you need Aluminium or UPVC windows

- How many openings you need in each window

- Colour choice

- Contact details (Name, address & telephone number 


Who are your suppliers?


We ensure all our products meet UK building regulations and provide a high standard of security and maximise energy efficiency. Our Aluminium supplier is Technal and our UPVC supplier is Profile 22. Both exceed the British standards and PAS 24 requirements and are certified by the ‘Secured by Design’ Police initiative.  


Am I able to see the physical product before I place my order?  


Yes, we have a manufacturing unit with a small showroom where we can demonstrate the production process, the locking system used and our product portfolio. 


Are you open on the weekends?


We are open on an appointment-only basis, please call or email to arrange this with us.


What are your lead times for installation?


Our standard lead time for installation is 4 weeks from the final survey date.


Is there parking available at your office?


We have limited parking space but if you let us know the time you are coming, we can help you find a parking space as close to our office as possible.


What areas do you cover?


We cover most areas within the M25.  


What is Argon gas?


Argon and other inert gasses also will reduce the loss of heat through an insulating glass unit. Since inert gasses are heavier than air, their molecules do not move as easily. This makes the space between the panes of glass in the window less conductive. Inert gasses between the two panes of glass make it more difficult for the warmer inside air to pass through the glass to the colder outside. With lower heat loss, the R-value is increased.


Do you dispose of the windows after installation?


Yes, we always dispose of the old windows, glass and any rubbish that is leftover from your installation. We will also ensure that your home is vacuumed if required and protected with dustsheets to leave it as clean and tidy as it was before we arrived.


Do I need to make allowances for fire escapes, just in case of an emergency?


When arranging a site visit, our surveyor will advise on what is required to comply with Health, Safety & FENSA regulations.
